‘ They sure have. Have you ever noticed that snow-
flakes differ in colour, size and shape? It is not a matter
of physical laws. Water, for one, keeps some information,
and water as a snowflake keeps emotion as well. You’ve
just got surprised and breathed out some air - do you
see the steam go up?- your breath is going to have a sur-
prised snowflake. Or somebody may be expressing their
love to somebody else. Then their breath in its flight is
going to turn into wonderful delicate snowflakes. Should
such a flake sit on somebody’s nose or cheek, they will
look at the world lovingly. Hard luck this year. People ra-
diate anxiety, anger and hopelessness. So, the snowflakes
come out dull, fierce and broken, and some of them are
pure and simple black. Do you fancy black snow?’
‘No, of course not.’ I shook my head.
‘Yeah, right. Then, if these snowflakes cover the ground
and start melting on people’s noses and cheeks, people
will get depressed or aggressive, they can also go mad as
it is impossible to live in a greyish black snow that lacks
delight. That is why all the snowflakes were dropped off
above the ocean to be purified and reformed. These days
the snow suppliers are hastily collecting the snowflakes
sitting on tops of high mountains, the ones keeping nice,
good emotions; in three days they are going to drop off
the first batch to help people to redirect their thoughts.
No crisis is worth killing joy and hope in people.’
For a while we kept silent. The grass covered with
hoarfrost was creaking under the feet, and with your
eyes closed, you seemed walking in the snow. Of a sud-
