                                                                  Taraxacum collariatum








                                              Perennial  herb  with  a  basal  rosette  of  leaves  and  hollow
                                           flower arrows.
                                              Arrows 10–20 cm tall, glabrous or under baskets with a small
                                           amount of felt. Leaves are simple, striate, up to 18 cm long, of
                                           which the outer leaves are often whole, irregularly toothed, the
                                           inner ones are pinnately lobular or pinnately divided. The bolls
                                           are about 3 cm in diameter. The flowers are ligulate, yellow.
                                              In the Sakhalin region, it is found on the Schmidt Peninsula
                                           and Nabilsky Ridge. East Sakhalin Mountains (Okhinsky and
                                           Nogliksky districts). In the Russian Federation, it is also known
                                           from the island B. Shantar in the Khabarovsk Region.

               Arrows  4–10  cm  tall,  almost  along  their  entire  length,
             with abundant tomentose pubescence. Leaves 2–5 cm long,
             simple,  ply-shaped,  broadly  lanceolate,  less  often  whole,
             coarsely toothed, more or less pubescent from above, with
             winged pinkish petioles. The inflorescence is a boll of ligulate
             flowers, 2–3 cm in diamete.
               Endemic  of  the  Schmidt  Peninsula  (Okhinsky  District).
             The main places of growth are concentrated in the Eastern
             Ridge.

                                              Stems are 10–15 cm high, under bolls with abundant felt.
                                           Leaves are up to 10 cm long, ply-shaped with 4–5 deltoid lateral
                                           lobes on each side and a small terminal lobe. The wrapper is
                                           15–17 mm long, its outer leaves are oblong, dark green, slightly
                                           deviated from the inner ones and 1.5–2 times shorter than them.
                                           The flowers are ligulate, yellow.
                                              Endemic to the southern Kuril Islands. Occurs on the slopes

                                           of the Iturup and Kunashir volcanoes (Tyatya volcano).
